Security
Last updated 5 July 2026
Security is foundational to how we build and operate the ThynkWISE.ai platform. This page summarises our approach; detailed security documentation and our certificates are available to customers and prospects on request.
Security at ThynkWISE.ai
Independent certification
Our management systems are independently certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security) and ISO/IEC 42001:2023 (AI Management). Certificates are available to customers and prospects on request.
Encryption in transit
All traffic to and from the Site is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS, with HSTS enforced across the domain.
Secure cloud hosting
The Site and Services run on managed, globally distributed cloud infrastructure with provider-grade physical, platform and network security.
Resilience & backups
We follow backup, redundancy and recovery practices appropriate to the data we hold, to keep the Services available and recoverable.
Access control
System access follows least-privilege principles with authentication and access controls, granted only to those who need it.
Data protection
Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, with data-minimisation, purpose-limitation and retention controls aligned to the DPDP Act and GDPR.
Incident response
We maintain an incident-response approach to detect, triage and address security events, and to notify affected parties and regulators where the law requires.
Infrastructure security
Network, platform, dependency and configuration security are managed and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
AI security
AI features run with input safeguards and provider controls. Please do not submit sensitive or regulated data into AI demos — see our Responsible AI page.
