ThynkWISE.ai builds and operates AI that is accountable to outcomes and to the people it affects. Our approach is aligned to our ISO/IEC 42001 AI-management posture and is grounded in human oversight, transparency and safety.
How we approach AI responsibly
Human oversight
AI supports human decisions; it does not replace them. Material decisions should keep a qualified human in the loop, with clear escalation paths.
AI limitations
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a given context. They are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
Hallucination awareness
Generative models can produce plausible but incorrect content (“hallucinations”). Outputs should be verified against authoritative sources before you rely on them.
Bias mitigation
We are mindful that models can reflect bias in their training data, and we design, prompt and review use-cases to reduce unfair or harmful outcomes.
Privacy by design
AI features follow data-minimisation and purpose-limitation. Please do not submit sensitive, confidential or regulated personal data into prompts, chats or uploads.
Security
AI interactions run with input safeguards and reputable providers, consistent with our Security practices and ISO/IEC 42001 AI-management posture.
Responsible use
We prohibit using our AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content, or to attempt to extract underlying models or training data.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to share what you input, for reviewing and validating outputs, and for how outputs are used in your organisation.
Continuous improvement
We monitor, evaluate and improve our AI features and governance over time as technology, best practice and regulation evolve.
